2. Contacting me
The contact link opens your email client. The website does not store your message on its server. Data included in an email is processed to reply, manage correspondence and, where relevant, take steps at your request before entering into a contract. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of handling correspondence or taking pre-contractual steps at your request.
3. Technical data and hosting
When you visit the website, the hosting provider may automatically process basic technical data such as your IP address, request date and time, browser type and error information. This data is used to maintain security, availability and correct operation. The exact scope and retention period of server logs depend on the infrastructure provider.
4. Cookies and analytics
The website does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or marketing cookies. The browser stores your local light or dark theme preference. CMP checker at cmp.jbart.pl also stores up to 8 recent audit reports on this device; you can delete them in the tool’s history panel. It is not used for profiling or cross-site tracking.
5. Recipients and retention
Email correspondence may be processed by the email provider and technical data by the hosting provider. Correspondence is kept only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry or collaboration and, where necessary, protect against potential claims.
6. Your rights
Where provided by the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority. Providing data in an email is voluntary, but without contact details a reply may not be possible.
7. CMP checker
Starting an audit sends the entered address to the browser engine on the application’s hosting infrastructure. It visits the target and inspects network activity, cookies and consent controls. The report returns to your browser; the application has no central report database. The target domain and error messages may appear in hosting logs. Do not enter addresses containing passwords, tokens or other confidential data.
